[PCR-1000] RE:The icom program on windows xp? ---> A workaround

Have you tried the latest updates for Windows XP? Try that, and also, it
looks like it may be a problem with your Display Drivers. It is
definitely an Object Linking And Embedding DLL that is crashing and
looks to be a display related OLE control.

Have you tried changing video drivers? Perhaps if you are using the
latest drivers from your video card manufacturer, switch back to the
ones supplied with Windows. They probably have little acceleration, but
are surely more compatible.
