[PCR-1000] RE:The icom program on windows xp? ---> A workaround

Well, I have also done a little research in my XP install and here is
what I have:

C:\WINDOWS\OLE2DISP.DLL -------------- ver 2.3.3023.1
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\OLE2DISP.DLL ----- ver 2.10.3050.1

I have tried it with ONLY one or the other, in either directory and as
is with both installed. Each time I have had no crashes with the
program. If anyone wants a copy of either of these DLL's, let me know.
