[PCR-1000] TalkPCR and NT4

There is a special version of TalkPCR available forWindoze NT, that deals
with the
"Failed to set data for 'ProcVal'" and "unable to exit" problems. I have
been running it on NT4 as regular user with no problems.  But this version
is only availabe for registred users directly from the author of TalkPCR,
Pete Mahy TPSuprt@mahy.demon.co.uk As some of you know, if you have a
problem Pete is lurking on this list and might fix your problem.
