[PCR-1000] Error in TalkPCR?

I am running TalkPCR 2.4 on Windows2000 and if I run it as an "P=F3wer User"=
=20
I also get these error messages. Clicking the OK button allows me to=20
continuing running TalkPCR but when I try to end TalkPCR I get this message=
=20
and is unable to quit the program unless I kill it from the task manager.
If I run TalkPCR as user "Administrator" I do not get these error messages=
=20
and there in no problem ending the program.
My fix for the moment are to run TalkPCR as "Power User" and in the=20
shortcut to TalkPCR setting the parameter "Run program as an other user =3D=
=3D=20
Administrator. These means that I have to suply the password for user=20
Administrator when I try to start TalkPCR and then the program run OK and I=
=20
am able to end it without any problem.
I have tried to install the program both as Power User and Administrator.=20
But it seems not to do any difference. It is only when I run the program as=
=20
user Administrator that the program does function without any error=
messages.
