  Text-to-speech is usually part of screen reader but the big problem is
finding actual text to be spoken. Usually these readers cope quite well
with menus and dialogs.

   All operations should also beoperable with only the keyboard.

  Simple demonstration would be to ask somebody, preferably not familiar
with computers at all to read what is on the screen and another who will
use only the keyboard without seeing the monitor to use  the computer.
