[PCR-1000] Win XP and Icom Software

There was no documentation with the DSP. The software is supposed to
'sense' the DSP and automatically show the DSP control panel with 3
dials on it. I might try setting this to 1 and see what happens. I
know that Scancat Gold operates the filter flawlessly. It does work.
