[PCR-1000] Win XP and Icom Software

I have just installed the DSP unit that Mike Maghakian sold me with no
problems. I am running windose me and the DSP pop-up works with both
Talk.PCR ver 2.8b5 and the original Icom software. Really makes a difference
in pulling weak signals out of the noise here in Africa.
