  No, it isn't usable with the 2.4 version of TalkPCR because the current
version of the drivers can't simulate mouse clicks.  We'll either need a
new driver, or the author of TalkPCR will have to add keyboard equivlants
for some of the tuning functions.

  I'd actually prefer both solutions get implemented because I've found
a couple of other programs that really would be useful with the PowerMate
except for the lack of the mouse click ability.
