If the issue is the plaque process.... here’s an idea...

I recently created some metal awards for our contest club. I created a
certificate in photoshop then uploaded it to nations photo lab. They took
the certificate and created a clear coated metal award.  It’s easy to ship
and the company can ship it for you.
