[PaQSO] Update

Good day all,

The plaques are due back 2 weeks from Friday. They had  problem that for some unknown reason they didn’t get hold of me to correct, so they had to start over again. I’ve applied some bit of pressure on them to perform their jobs.

By the way, I haven’t been as responsive as normal to posts, and that is out of character.  Things shall be made clear soon though, so bear with.
