[PaQSO] Pa QSO party station

Hi Alan!

For my operation in Jefferson County (JEF), I'll be doing 40, 80, and 20
meters. I'm thinking of taking Six Meters again this year, but am still
deciding.

The most important thing is to jump in and have fun!
