[PaQSO] PAQP not broke

Greetings ALL,,,,,,It's not broke.  Fix the propagation!!!!   Conditions have been fair to poor all summer.  When is the last you saw an Aindex 10 and Kindex 1 ?????   Been a while.  I watch daily.    We have been seeing K Index of K3 to K6 for a couple weeks!   Few stations were heard at my qth on 15m and 10m.   On the other side 80m was great.   40m band conditions changed all contest long.   I worked Iowa and MO on 80m and 40m which was neat.   I put several Michigan stations in the log as well.  Thanks guys!!   I was able to run a frequency on 40m which seldom happens.  But conditions allowed at the time.  This was not the normal propagation.  But it was still a great contest.    Worked the 67 and can't thank the mobiles, portables and rovers enough.   Got good signal reports and that is what counts.   Blair said it right.  It don't need fixing.
