[PaQSO] Summary Sheet not Fillable

Hi Brian,

Not certain what the issue is. I tried downloading the file from the website and it works okay.

Are you trying to edit the file while you are still in the webpage? some browsers won’t allow that. If you haven’t already, save the file on your computer, then open it directly in Adobe reader. Otherwise, I can operate from the version inside thetotal package .
