[PaQSO] PSK 31 and PAQP

What if the PA QSO party was to promote a "digital sprint" with in the
PAQP. (along the same lines as what your thinking Pete)

What if the sprint would start following the Friday Night Net. and run till
the kick off of the PAQP, With a second phase running 1 or two hours before
the conclusion of day one and run to the start of Day 2.

Stats from this years party as the bonus station indicate a strong drawl on
20m vs 40m and 80m.  Just an FYI from one stations perspective.  Personally
I can draw several conclusions from this but, I will leave it at that.
