[PaQSO] PSK 31 and PAQP

What if you had it overlapping the PAQP; a "contest within a contest"?

Keep your exchanges identical to that required by the PAQP, then after the
contest, the same cabrillo file (with some editing) can be used to enter
both contests.

Maybe have it sponsored by a second group, in partnership with the Nittany
club. I mention this since the last thing that NARC probably wants is to
take on a second contest.

I realize that I may be opening a king-sized can of worms here, but take a
moment & think about it. I think it could work.
