 Hmmm... Or maybe add an hour to the end of "Day One," (or better, before "Day Two") strictly for PSK31 and RTTY Q's, and allow the points to be cumulative?

This keeps:
1) The playing field level
2) Doesn't cut into current op modes
3) Promotes digital activity and the Party with a targeted slot.
