[PaQSO] why more dx interest than west coast?

I have heard it mentioned that there is not much interest in the PAQP
because you (we) tend to stay on 40m and 80m most of the time and don't give
the left coast a chance to work many PA stations. I had a hard time leaving
40m when the rates were so high but when they slowed down I was surprised to
get several QSOs on a seemingly dead 15m band. Made me wonder what would
have happened if I spent prime hours there.
