[PaQSO] why more dx interest than west coast?

I'm no big gun on the high bands (or any bands), but found myself being 
called by more DX than I can ever remember.  What struck me was  that 
many of them had some nice numbers.   These guys were actually competing 
and not just giving out points.    As others have reported, I was also 
asked by DX to QSY so they could get another QSO from me.

I did manage 4 CA mults (less than 10 CA stations total), and maybe as 
someone said they   were wore out from the  previous week's CAQP.

Final thought:  A number of years ago some folks on the Writelog mailing 
list were put out by the need to mail in a paper summary sheet.   They 
claimed they would never bother with the PA QSO again.  Maybe just a 
couple of grumps blowing off some steam.  As a blind guy, I've always 
found the paper sheet a bit of a pain, but the rules is the rules.  I 
think Mike has indicated there may be  a change in this for 2014, so  we 
shall see.
