[PaQSO] NY3B/p from NUM is a "no go"

Hi all,
Given my extensive business travel this year and already being booked to be in Munich during the week preceding the PAQP event I simply will not be able to go to Northumberland Co this year to operate :(.... right now I am hoping to be back in LEH to operate in the event but unfortunately even that is up in the air. Hopefully, someone can make NUM a destination- which is why I broadcast this earlier rather than later.... sorry folks!
