Just a quick note - there was a typo on Section 8.g. 

"8.g. The Special Event Station for the 2011 PAQSO Party is W3SC operated by the Schuylkill Amateur Repeater Association."

It should have read:

"8.g. The Special Event Station for the 2012 PAQSO Party is W3SC operated by the Schuylkill Amateur Repeater Association."
