[PaQSO] Pre-party stuff

The Webpages have been updated for the 2012 version of the PAQSO Party.

We don't have a lot of changes for this year.

But here the notable changes/non changes are:

Our standard log format is now Cabrillo 3. We will continue to accept Cabrillo 2 for the time being.

The html version of the rules has been eliminated, and there is only one location for the rules, and that is a pdf version.

As usual, we highly encourage the use of the automated pdf Summary form. It takes your information, calculates the score, and then you print and mail. That form is in the PAQSO Party Package at:

Which has the Summary Sheet, the rules, and the increasingly less used log sheet and dupe sheets.

and yes, we do use the three letter county designations.

Canadian sections are the same as last year. There really wasn't enough time to switch over for this years party. Anyone submitting a log that  has the new Ontario Sections will have the new sections counted as the old VE3 section, i.e. one multiplier. Look for the new additions in next year's party.

This is almost certainly going to be the last year for the mail-in requirement for the Summary sheets. I was going to eliminate them for this year, but was not able to finish the changes in time. So the mailing requirement still stands.
