[PaQSO] W3USA 2012 PaQP

My usual W3USA/K8MR mobile trip around WPA is not likely to happen this  
year, as I'm scheduled to be in New Jersey earlier in the week helping my  
daughter move into her new house.
 
If we have things done by Sunday (a good possibility) I may be able to do a 
 rover operation on the way home, hitting needed counties on or close to 
I-80. 
 
Exact counties will be decided on much later, including after checking what 
 might be needed after Saturday.
