[PaQSO] Band conditions?

Cliff,
I won't even look at LoTW or Logger, but I'll bet large that N3KAE
and N3XLS are two entries. We get on 20m and try hard on 15m too.
Last year an amp and a beam yielded less than two dozen 15m Q's
between SSB and CW. It was downright disheartening.
That does not mean we already gave up on it. We'll be there this
year... before, during, and after the hi-band periods listed in the
rules. We're going to get what we can on 10m too, but don't expect
long east-west Q's.
I hope other readers take a moment to reflect on this post and
reconsider "not being there" for the hi-band periods on 15m AND 10m,
both Sat AND Sun.
