[PaQSO] Band conditions?

Not much going on above 20m.
>From my perspective here in W6, I would rather see more activity on 20m
since we generally miss out on most of the 80m and 40m stuff (But thanks to
those that do stay up late)
There are probably less than a dozen unique stations that I have worked in
the Party above 20m over the past two years.
