[PaQSO] Band conditions?

Aside form some sporadic E propagation, 10 is pretty much dead. The
last time I worked anything out of EU or the Middle East was during
the July radiosport contest, and it was E skip. I like 10M AM,
and all the CONUS QSO's I've had in the past few months have been E
skip also.
I wouldn't count on 10 or 15 for the PA QSO party very much, if at all.
