Correct, JT. I always encourage anyone who worked the party to send
in a log. Sometimes Ops are reluctant because they might not have
made as high a score as they did in previous years, or that
propagation was poor.
Certainly everyone is in the same boat when propagation isn't
cooperating. So everyone's scores might be lower than they would be
otherwise.
Looking at the logs, I estimate between 50 and 60 percent of people
working the contest submit an entry. This is not unusual, IMO.
There were other Op's from NH, but you went the whole way through the
process, working the party, then submitting the post party work.
