[PaQSO] PA Tower Legislation SB-884 & HB-1777

To All,

     This is just to let you know that Senate Bill SB884 Was voted on
and approved to go to the floor of the Senate for their decision.   The
vote was taken on Wednesday June 25, 2008 about 10:00.  
     HOWEVER, House Bill HB1777 remains in Committee (Local Government)
and will be worked on during the summer.  It is hoped that HB1777 may
get to the floor by this Fall.
     I would like to congratulate and Thank all of you whose efforts
have done so much.  Again, HOWEVER, a lot remains to be done.  Keep up
the outstanding efforts.
