[PaQSO] Certificate Received

I was pleasantly surprised when I retrieved todays mail and found an
award certificate for the 2007 PA QSO Party. I surely wasn't
expecting a certificate because I only had 1 QSO for a total of 4
points. I must have been the only entry from New Hampshire as I won
the NH Section certificate.

These days, I am pretty much a QRP digital only operator and use PSK,
RTTY, JT65, and Olivia almost exclusively. When I saw that the PA QSO
party was trying to encourage more PSK activity, I decided to get on
the air and make some PSK noise. I put in a 6 hour effort calling CQ
PA and only managed the one PA QSO and the individual wasn't even
aware of the contest. I submitted a log anyway. I'm a firm believer
in always submitting a log no matter how many Q's you log, not just
for the off chance that you actually win something but it also gives
the committee a better idea of overall participation level.

Thanks to all organizers for the nice certificate and everyone who
participated in the contest. I'll be back in 2008 with more warbling.
