[PaQSO] Change?

I rarely comment on anything like this but need to stand up for those who
support us, the participants.

It is nice to be creative and all that with a contest, but you are taking
little if any consideration of the impact of changes.

There are many who write logging software for little or no money for these
state QSO parties. If you had any idea what goes into rewriting code for
the changes, you would that into consideration.

Last year, there were modes added. How many of the software writers
updated their software?

One of the major writers will drop the contest from being supported if too
many changes take place. One who wrote logging software stopped all doing
it at all.

What about those who have the task of checking the logs and submissions?

If it isn't broke, don't fix it. Have you had fun with the party in the
past? If so, let's leave it alone.
