[PaQSO] Updates

The web pages have been updated with the correct year for the 2006 
Party, - yes Virginia, the 2006 PAQSO party is held in 2006, not 2005 - DOH!

    The club scores have been updated with the Daubertville DX 
associations efforts properly combined, and the "no known club" partyer 
has been removed.

    The MM and MS issue for N3SD has been resolved.

    The county list has been updated properly, and now props go out to 
the mobile operators. The resulting certificates are in their envelopes, 
awaiting stamps, and will be mailed Monday.

    N3ZNI's double show in Lawrence County has been fixed.
