[PaQSO] Revive Club Award?

During the rule review process, I note that the rules mention a club Trophy.

    I also note that in the database, the club trophy is noted as no 
longer offered. Two things are mentioned,  a "High Avg Club", and a 
Unlimited Club.

    Apparently the setup was that the NARC had a trophy that went to the 
winning club, and the trophy was returned to go to the next year's 
winner. I've seen the trophy.

    I want to see if there is any interest in reviving the club trophy.

    I won't do it as before, with the trophy going out, then coming 
back. Perhaps a separate trophy that goes out to the winning club, then 
just keep it.

    I'd like some opinions here.

    Thoughts to ponder:

    Revive, not revive?

    Sponsorship or no?

    The special event station is (always?) a club of some form or 
another. Would they be eligible?
