[PaQSO] Web Page update issue

	One of the members of the list had a problem opening the pdf on the  
web page. I'm pretty sure that the file is okay, having opened it on  
several platforms and all worked well.

	But if anyone else has had a problem opening it, let me know, and  
maybe we can troubleshoot the issue. BTW, the pdf is made to be  
compatible with reader as far back as 5.0.
