Just my two cents.

Back in 1990 when I first started computer logging, I used
a program put together by K3CP & WA3T, which was
originally made for Field Day logging and modified, at my
request, for the PAQP. I put it in the computer and played
with it many times during August and September until I was
quite familiar with it. I gave Van and Robin many constructive
suggestions, and they continually revamped it, until it was
quite satisfactory.
My point is, - get an early start with the program you want to
use, and find ways to accomplish what you need.
One suggestion that I have is, - try logging the station, (Let's say
W3SH in CEN), as W3SHCEN. I don't know if your program
will support that many letters in the suffix, and neither do you,
until you try. Next try W3SH-CEN. How about W3SHXY, then
W3SHZX, then W3SHYQ. Just pick any letters that make the
suffix 4 or 5 letters, which will stand out like a sore thumb. AS long
as you accomplish your goal. I hate having pencil and note pads
on the operating table.
Anyway, bottom line is, - (remember the old addage of, "When all
else fails read the manual"), - fire up the program and play with it.
Good luck to all.
Mobiles have a safe and succesful trip.
I'll give MTR, if you'll give me yours.
