I use na and it writes three types of files...cabrillo,text and the os file..I am not sure about eqf but it looks as though he sent you the os file for eqf and did not convert it, It is easy to do. Ron's idea of a text only format would make life simple for you. If you have a lot of these logs possibly the stations could check and see if they still have there logs, they could resend you a text file log and save you the trouble of decoding .
