Mike,

   You have taken on a herculean task here and my intent was never to add so much to that task but I was to understand that win-eqf was an accecptable format for electronic submission; sounds like that may have been true in a previous iteration. Thank you for all the work you have done for me as well as the PAQP on these logs. One question: does this mean that my log will be entered in the out of state entries now?
