[PaQSO] Bands and modes

My two cents worth: 
 
As originally intended, "phone" is "talk with your mouth", "cw" is  
"continuous wave" or "code".  It was my intention that you can only  make 2 contacts 
with the same station on the same band (one on "phone", one on  "CW").  There 
was no intention to include any other modes.
 
Originally, it was intended that 2 and 6 meter contacts would be OK as this  
might entice some of the "technician" and "novices" to become involved. At the 
 time, their privileges were quite limited.  However, if you want to set up  
a station on 1296 and make some QSOs in the Party, I had no problem with  that.
 
However, all this being said, this is one man's opinion as I am now like  the 
rest of the entrants in the Party, I am here to have a little fun, talk to  
some of my buddies back in the Keystone State, and make a couple of new friends 
 - and I no longer have to deal with that pile of logs that hit my mailbox in 
 early November.  The log pile record still stands at 5'-6"!
