Mni Tks to Harry, KM3D, for "Spelling-it-Out" !  It's fine to reach your
"Destination" (BIG SCORE), but, it would also be nice for EVERYONE to enjoy
the Scenery Along the Way , with HOPE that their desired destination will
"Still be There", upon their arrival.   It is a "Party", and my most recent
definition of "Party" is to "Engage in activity that is determined to be
Enjoyable" !  "Mis-Interpretion", "Re-Interpretation", or "My
Interpretation" of the RULES, does not produce "Enjoyment"  for ALL
PARTICIPANTS !  Rather, it produces "Enjoyment" ONLY for those who
"Interpret the Rules" FOR THEIR SELFISH BENEFIT !

"Rules" are nothing more/less than a Road Map, which ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST
FOLLOW !  NO "Short-Cuts", NO "Side-Roads", NO "Cow-Paths", etc.  First Rule
is to "Define the Rules", with NO DECEPTION, nor CONCEALMENT OF MEANING,
intentional or otherwise !  2nd Rule is "Understanding the Rules"!  3rd Rule
is "No changing of the Rules, while in the Middle of the Game" !   i.e.
"What is the definition of a "Rover" ?  "What is the definition of a
"Portable" ?  "What is the definition of a "Single-Single", or a
"Multi-Single" ?  "What is the definition of a "Mobile" ?  These questions
have SATURATED this "Communications Medium", for MUCH TOO LONG !  Questions
are an expression of CONFUSION, confusion leads to CHAOS, chaos leads to
FRUSTRATION, and the eventual DISINTEGRATON of the PURPOSE for BEING HERE !

Admittedly, the "Alternative Modes" (Digital) have "Opened the Door" for a
multiplicity of Questions, resulting in  confusion, and, a problem for those
who are obligated to "Score all modes Properly, and Fairly" !  Recently, the
question of "Single-Single", and "Multi-Single" station-classifications has
arisen.  i.e. "If I have ANOTHER PERSON performing the Logging for me, even
though that person IS NOT A HAM, is my station classified as a
"Single-Single" ?  In my humble opinion, the DEFINITIVE ANSWER to this
question is:  "ANY, repeat, ANY ASSISTANCE from another "Human Being", while
operating your station, in ANY MODE, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, is a
"Multi-Single" !  i.e. "If a MOBILE is operating CW, while IN MOTION, with
ANOTHER PERSON DOING THE DRIVING/LOGGING, - - that is (Plain/Simple) a
"Multi-Op/Single-XMTR" station !  I have serious doubts that ANY PERSON can
"Drive Safely in Traffic", "Operate a Radio", and "Maintain a Log" at the
same time, and yet, all of these functions are an integral part of being a
QUALIFIED STATION for  "PaQP Participation", and submission of a VALID LOG !

"Micro-Management" ?  Yes !  But, this Micro-Management MUST BE incorporated
into the Rules, as was "Micro-Chips" incorporated into our Present-day
Communications Equipment !  "When there is BIGGER CROWD,(Modes) it requires
a Bigger Police Force (Rules) if the crowd should become UNRULY" !
