[PaQSO] When is W3UU a dupe

As I've said before, it sounds like an interesting way
to play the Bonus station.

For NEXT YEAR, we should create a rule that clarifies
the point. I've never done it, but if I were to work
from my home station on Saturday, and end up mobile in
my home county on Sunday....confusion reigns!

There's no doubt that these are two very different
stations...my mobile station is actually better
equipped than my home station, but it is a separate
station...of course the calls would be different,
WA3RA from home, and WA3RA/m from the car....but if
my wife ran my home station (which is also distinct
from HER home station!) ther'd be the possibility of
both stations being on at the same time...

I'd recommend to the UU mobiles that they not work
from the counties where there are fixed W3UU stations,
just to prevent the inevitable meltdowns...

...Almost mobile
