[PaQSO] When is W3UU a dupe

This is in reply to the last posting I saw from Ed, WA3SES.

As far as I am concerned, W3UU, W3UU/R, and W3UU/M are separate stations
and each could be worked for credit in the same county. Here's my
reasoning. Each of the stations is an operation independent of the
others. Each of them is operating in a different class. If they were
competing with other stations, a separate log and summary sheet would be
submitted for each operation. In the results listings, each operation
would be listed separately and would be compared only with stations in it's
own class. If I am treating them in this manner from their point of view,
then I must treat them the same from your point of view which means that,
as far as you're concerned, they are separate stations and you may work
each of them for credit in the same county.

Check your logs and the results from last year. K8MR did mobile from 27
counties and also rover from 6 of them. You may have already worked the
same callsign twice in the same county and not even known it!

Again I say, Have a great party!
