[PaQSO] Viruses

Good advice, Jim. 

As for me, My home computer is protected with Norton
AV & Zone-Alarm. I also run virus & adware scans
weekly. 

At work, It's pretty much the same, except I went with
E-Z AV. 

Of course, I realize that the stuff I've been
receiving is not coming form the list, but most likely
from an infected computer owned by someone on the
list.
