[PaQSO] RULES

I haven't seen any great stretch of the rules.
The PAQP is supposed to be FUN, above all else, and
the rules are left open to some individual
interpretation.
A few things are carved in stone, such as power levels
and operating times. Other things, such as what or
how we sign is left up to the individual operators, as
it should be.
I run mobile and QRP. I sign as mobile, or mobile with
the county that I'm in (which may be as many as 40
different ones over the course of the contest)...but
seldom sign qrp on the MF bands (believe me, it's
usually pretty obvious!)
In my home area, a lot of the folks that I talk to on
a regular basis will come up on VHF/UHF and work me on
FM for the first hour of the test, while I'm close to
home. I mske sure that I'm running QRP on those bands,
too...but who would know if I wasn't? (It's pretty
frustating to have a full-quieting signal from a
station, and they can't hear you at all).
Also remember that the party is run by volunteers, who
are giving up a lot of their own time to make the
'test happen.
Thanks to all of them, and HAVE FUN!!!
