Now is it becoming evident why I asked the PQP chairman about a COMPLETE =
and concise set of rules ?  Everyone has their own idea of how the Rules =
apply.=20

    I have operated in the Pa Qso Party for a lot of years from Mifflin =
County but I have decided not to be part of the PQP any more.
    It was fun for awhile and thanks to all of you who gave me contacts =
over the years but I can not condone some of the things that are going =
on with the party now .
