[PaQSO] Tri County Line

Thanks Ray,

We're just tossing it around at this point. We're thinking seriously about
doing rover next year. We're really receptive to the idea of INN/ARM/JEF.
But, we may have a probvlem in where to set up. I'll have to take a trip
over there, and check it out in the spring. we'll probably pick 2 or 3 rare
ones, and make a weekend of it.

ARM & INN are usually rare enough, unless you or us are there.

Well. gotta go "make the donuts".
