Probably as many as we've managed from N3GWR/Pik.  One year we worked a 
mobile who passed by.  Otherwise, nothing.  We're in kind of a topographic bowl on 
the Pocono plateau, miles and miles from any population centers.  On the other 
hand, sitting on top of the Blue Mountain on either PA 33 or PA309 on the 
NHA/MOE line or LEH/SCH line, it's possible to work about 6~8 counties and the 
NNJ section.  

Location is everything in real-estate and VHF.
