I agree Ron...vague is not the word.

Non-existent is a much better word

I understand (and fully appreciate) W3HDH's desire to "keep it simple" and
"do what's right". But I'm thinking this event has gone beyond it's ability
to "live" that way.

I think what's happened over recent years, in an effort to get everything
to
"fit" into the mailing, is that a few rules have been omitted (I'm thinking
specifically of the rules section defining how a club has to send in it's
roster to indicate who is eligible for entries in the Club Aggregate Score,
for one example).

But vague? I must be missing that part.

Subject: [PaQSO] pa party rules

The recent postings from W3TDF, N3BUD and K2CD raise questions about the
rules of the PA QSO PARTY.
The flyer that comes out prior to the contest is vague if nothing else.
I read it one way, Mike and the Grump and others read it another way.
This is just why I asked about a "COMPLETE" set of rules for the party.
IS THERE SUCH A THING ????? If so, why not make them available to everyone
that wants them either via download or sent with the post contest packet ??
I asked the chairman about it and got no responce.
    See ya'll next year.
