A few years ago I downloaded a shareware program for printing QSLs. I seem to recall it was a 3-call in PA; and he may have also written a logging program for PQP. I think he was connected with PQP some way. I downloaded the program but wasn't really interested at the time. Does anyone know who that might have been? 73, Norm, W3DYA
