Hi Norm et al;

I think the program you are interested in is by WB8RCR at 
(www.hfradio.org/wb8rcr/).  It is a simple program for making QSLs but pretty 
good.  Of course, if you do a lot of QSLing, printing them in color will take 
a lot of "printer juice"!
