I don't think its lack of commitment.
Doug did so well for so long that he made it look
'easy'.
I suspect that it is just 'teething pains' and that
as the new folks get the system down, it will smooth
out.
I know the confusion I go through with only 40 or so
logs to get together...and they're just my own! I
shudder to think of the work involved in gettiing
close to 2000 logs together!
