Everybody has favorites, but what I like to do is keep a jar of nuts
nearby.
I buy the ones without peanuts, but that is just a personal preference.
It just works well to snack on them as I go along --- keeps a constant
energy level.
Just keep a small towel nearby, because dust from the nuts and a little
of their natural oils can make your paddles dirty.
And I have a plastic drinking glass for diet cokes. It does not
form water condensation on the outside. Had a few close calls with wet
glasses over the years slipping in my hand. Diet Coke dumped into
transceivers can ruin your whole day!
