[PaQSO] Two questions

Great questions Edward.

1. I have to agree, the break toward the middle of the contest is
fantastic, and I vote that as the thing I most like about the PaQP.

2. What would I like to see changed? Well, my requested change would have
to do with Portable operations and low versus high power. I would like to
see Portable entries be low power (100 watts or less) only. Actually having
a low AND a high power class wouldn't be so bad either but I believe there
are too few entries to justify that.

Thanks for an interesting thread. Hey, that's another thing I like about
the PaQP. Lots of good, constructive input from you folks. Thanks!

Take care.

Bob, N3FR

Subject: [PaQSO] Two questions

How about another thread?

Would you be willing to answer two questions?

1. What do you like most about the Pa QSO Party?

2. If you could make one change what would it be?

I can think of many things I like, but maybe the 0500 - 1300 GMT break is
my favorite. And the older I get the more favorite it becomes. That is one
of the things that make the PaQP different from most other contests...a
chance to recharge the batteries.

If I could change one thing, I think it would be a rule change to make 10,
15 and 20 meter QSO's worth more points, the intent being to spur activity
on those bands. Maybe 1.5 points for SSB Q's on those bands and 2 points
for CW Q's. Maybe 1.5 points for any/all Q's up there.

I'm not looking to generate debate about the value of my, your or anyone
else's answers, just a list of best liked and least liked "things". Having
said that, if you want to debate, shoot holes, flame or whatever, have at
it.

So,what do you like? What would you change?

73 and thanks for comments

Ed/WA3SES
